Subprocessors

Overview

HausTour (operated by Overclock GmbH) uses the following subprocessors to deliver the Service. This list is maintained in accordance with Section 9.3 of our Data Processing Agreement. We impose data protection obligations on each subprocessor that are equivalent to those set out in the DPA.

Changes to Subprocessors

In accordance with Section 9.4 of the Data Processing Agreement, we will notify customers of any intended addition or replacement of subprocessors at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect. Notifications are sent to the email address associated with your account.

If you have a reasonable objection to a new subprocessor on data protection grounds, you may raise it within the fourteen-day notice period. We will discuss the objection in good faith. If we are unable to reach a resolution, you may terminate the affected part of the Service without penalty, as described in the DPA.
